USAT Corp. Technology Installations: No Corners are Cut

• Auto power adapters are hard-wired directly to the vehicle’s electrical system using a ground in the engine compartment to prevent against corrosion damage.
• Grade eight hardware, heavy duty connectors, and chemical resistant wiring is used to ensure the integrity of every component in the installation.
• Antennas are installed in the optimal location for maximum performance and ground plane requirements.
• Mounts are installed in the center of the cab to avoid airbags and maximize ergonomics.
• Our mounts are removable. All you need is a wrench to remove USAT’s mounts.
• Wires aren’t crimped -- Instead we use corrosion resistant conical connectors rated for 80 pound sheer strength. This makes for easy removal and replacement of wire harness.
• Testing is performed on a completed mount – Ensures components are performing as intended.

For M2M or SCADA applications, or any other type of remote monitoring application, installation of a communications device or modem may be necessary. USAT Corp. offers fixed location technology installation professional services nationwide.
