BROADBEAM ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH USAT TO IMPLEMENT PREMIER MOBILE SOLUTIONSIN MISSION CRITICAL SITUATIONS

Reseller Agreement Covers All Current Broadbeam Products Included in its Mobile Solutions System™ (MSS)

Cranbury, NJ, December 13, 2004 – Broadbeam Corporation, a company with more than 10 years of expertise in providing mission-critical mobile solutions, makes its Mobile Solutions System™ readily available to additional enterprises by entering into a reseller agreement with USAT, a top mobility systems integrator. As part of the agreement, USAT will offer its existing and future clients Broadbeam’s full line of mobile solutions for the enterprise, including MSS Smart IP® with MSS IntelliSwitching™, which maximizes coverage and efficiency while minimizing cost.

It includes MSS Express Q® and MSS ExpressSync™ for the development of new applications and MSS Smart IP® with MSS IntelliSwitching™, which allows existing applications automatic seamless switching between Wi-Fi and wireless wide area network (wWAN) environments, automatic application optimization, and compression of data.
