Inside Sales Representative

Duties Include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Conducting outbound customer activities such as; cold calling, and personalized follow-up emails to fully qualify a lead in order to create new sales opportunities.
  • Presenting solutions via phone, web conference, in person presentations and face to face meetings.
  • Engaging customers using selling skills to help them navigate and create their needs in the dynamic cellular solutions environment.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements, and match them to the appropriate product in our expanding portfolio.
  • Completing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports by daily use of CRM for all contacts, accounts, and opportunities.

Marketing Implementation Specialist

Duties Include:

Serving as a catalyst for sales by:

  • Designing dynamic PowerPoint presentations, technical specification infosheets, marketing videos and other marketing materials that are used by our sales force to explain technical solutions to our clients. 
  • Actively managing our organization’s web properties as a vector for lead acquisition.
  • Planning our marketing strategy around events like trade shows and running the logistics of these events as well as acting as USAT’s brand ambassador at the events.
  • Executing multi-pronged marketing campaigns using USAT’s CRM tools.

 Work location in Chapel Hill, NC.

 

PC Tech/Wireless Assistant

  • Duties Include: Assisting all employees & customers with setup, troubleshooting issues or upgrades on computers, modems, and gateways style devices.  Also installing OS, changing BIOS settings, provisioning wireless devices and phone/email based customer support. Work location in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

 

Database Administrator

  • Duties include: Test features, enter changes, coordinate mass updates, perform minor updates, correct errors and make necessary modifications. Modify and improve existing databases. Produce customized reports in databases, and perform secondary analysis for output accuracy. Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time required to accomplish project. Familiarity with database scripting. Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQL, or Access is a preferred. Ideal trait: Love to work with Data. Work location in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
